Sessions are easy, safe and comfortable; they are done with the client fully clothed; there is no need for disrobing. A session itself usually lasts between 10 and 20 minutes. The length of a session is not indicative of the quality of the session or the results that occur; as even the simplest sessions can be quite profound. Distance Sessions

I love, love, love doing distance sessions! Don’t get me wrong I love seeing my clients face-to-face and getting a physical hug at the end of a session, but having distance sessions are far more convenient to fit in with peoples busy lives! I always offered distance sessions to clients but no one “got it” till they started having them. One winter it snowed really badly here in the UK (nothing works when it snows here!) and the clinic I worked out of had shut unexpectedly – so I had no choice for my clients other than distance sessions for a couple of weeks.
